A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF LOCAL
AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 8-5420, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 7
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga wishes to obtain Federal Safety
Improvement Projects funding for installation of striping and pavement markers
within the city street network; and
WHEREAS, said funding requires the execution of Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 8-5420, Program Supplement No. 7 by an authorized agent for the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga approved the execution of Local Agency-State Agreement No. 8-
5420, Program Supplement No. 7 and authorizes and directs the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute said agreement on its behalf and transmit to the Department
of Transportation for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1983.
