A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCH0
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cueamonga recognizes the benefit to the
City of participating in the cost of the work proposed by Cooperative
Agreement No. AG83-64
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga approves the execution of Cooperative Agreement No. AG83-64
and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement on its
behalf and transmit to the California Department of Transportation, District
08 for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1983.
