A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERING THE VACATION OF
AN UNIMPROVED ROAD NORTH OF ARROW ROUTE AND EAST OF
VINEYARD AVENUE
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 8330, of the Streets and
Highway Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to summarily vacate an unimproved road dedicated by an easement deed recorded
in Book 6477, Page 886, of Official Records of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found all the evidence submitted that said
unimproved road has been superseded by dedication of a street in a more useful
and logical location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby makes its order vacating an unimproved road described in said deed
herein described, Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded,
said unimproved road is vacated.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1983.

Those portions of the East 658.00 feet of Lots 13 and 14,
as per plat of a Subdivision of Lot 10, Cucamonga Vineyard Tract, as recorded
in Book 20 cf Maps, page 44, records of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on,the South line of said Lot 14, which is 658.00 feet
Westerly of the East line thereof; thence North.0° 01' 49" East along the West
line of the East 658.00 feet of said Lot 14, a distance of 104.00 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing North 0Q 01' 49" East along the West
line of the East 658.00 feet of said Lot 14, a distance of 60.00 feet thence South
89° 48' 22'= East, 0.17 feet to the beginning of a tangent circular curve, concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 330.00 feet; thence Southeasterly aloha the
arc of said curve, an arc distance of 253.22 feet subtending a central angle of
43° 23' 32" to a point of reverse curvature with a curve, concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 270.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of
the last said curve, an arc distance of 61.70 feet, subtending a central angle
cf 13~ 05' 38"; thence South 300 29' 32" West along a radial line extended
Southwesterly a distance of 60.00 feet, to a point on a circular curve concave
Southerly and having a radius of 20.00 feet, the center of which bears South 30°
29' 32" West; thence Westerly along the arc of the last said curve, an arc
distance of 27.50 feet, subtending a central angle of 78° 46' 58" to a point
of compound curvature with a curve concave Easterly and having a radius of 100.00
fee~; thence Southerly along the arc of the last said curve, an arc distance of
72.72 feet, subtending a central angle of 41° 39' 52"; thence South 0~ 02' 42"

compound curvature with a curve, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 270.00
feet; thence Westerly along the arc of the last said curve, an arc distance of 183.22
feet, subtending a central angle of 38° 52' 47" to the true point of beginning.
