A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT AND RELEASING
PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BONDS AND AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT
REVIEW 81-05
WHEREAS, Development Review 81-05, located at the southwest corner of
Arrow Route and Etiwanda Avenue, submitted by Ameron, Inc. was approved on
June I, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Installation of improvements to Etiwanda Avenue established
as prerequisite to issuance of a building permit has been met by entry into a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Ameron, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California as follows:
SECTION 1: Does accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement, authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign same and direct the
City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
SECTION 2: Does authorize the release of bonds and agreement
accepted by City Council on June 2, 1982 for Development Review 81-05.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1983.
