A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 7853,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7853), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 7853, submitted by Ron Martin and
Associates, Subdivider, and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the West side
of Hellman Avenue, North side of Church Street being a division of a portion
of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Subdivision "B" Cucamonga Vineyard Tract, recorded in Book
20, Page 45 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California was approved
by the Planning Commission as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is
in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 7853 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
2. That sa~d Parcel Map No. 7853 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1983.
