A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REVISED IMPROVEMENT
AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND FOOTHILL
ASSOCIATES FOR TRACT 12044 (VICTORIA PROJECT)
WHEREAS, a temporary retarding basin shall be constructed for Tract
12044, being a requirement of said City for said Tract; and
WHEREAS, a revised agreement has been submitted by the developer to
the City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga for its consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga that said revised agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign same on
behalf of the City of Raneho Cueamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1984.
