A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING
PROPERTIES AND LAND TO BE SERVED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC CAPITAL
FACILITIES IN A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
(hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of the local agency"), has
received, in proper form, a written request for the initiation of proceedings
to create a Community Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions
of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part
1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California. This
Community facilities District shall hereinafter be referred to as
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 84-1
(DAY CREEK DRAINAGE SYSTEM)
(hereinafter referred to as the "District"); and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted
parcels of land proposed to be serviced

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the map showing the properties and parcels of land to
be serviced by the proposed public capital facilities for the above-referenced
District is hereby approved and adopted. Said map is designated by the name of
said District.
SECTION 3: That the original of said map shall be kept on file in the
Office of the City Clerk, and a copy shall be on file in the Office of the City
Engineer.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1984.
