A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 8007,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 8007)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 8007 submitted by Philo Biane
Subdivider, and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the west side of Hermosa
Avenue between Hillside Road and Wilson Avenue, being a division of a portion
of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 Section 23, Township
1 North, Range 7 West, San Bernardino Meridian was approved by the Planning
Commission as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance
with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 8007 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
HEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval ~f the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and

That said Parcel Map No. 8007 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1984.
