A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SU~RILY ORDERING THE VACATION OF
A 20 FOOT PUBLIC EASEMENT FOR SEWER AND WATER PURPOSES
DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA IN CONNECTION
WITH PARCEL MAP 7349 (V-034)
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 8330, of the Streets and
Highway Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to summarily vacate a 20 foot public easement for sewer and water purposes
dedicated to the City of Rancho Cucamonga in connection with Parcel Map 7349
(V-039) hereinafter more particularly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found all the evidence submitted that said
20 foot easement is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby makes its order vacating said easement further described in a legal
description.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded,
said easement no longer constitutes a public easement which is attached
hereto, marked "Exhibit A" and by reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1984.
