NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Clby Council of the Clty of
Rancho Cucamonga does* hereby ~elease said agr,eement; and that the City Clerk
shall cause a release agreement to be reeoPded in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernar,dlno County, State o~ California.
