A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA REPROGRA/~4ING FUNDS FROM THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1982/83
AND 1983/84
WHEREAS, following a public hearing, the City Council has authorized
Block Grant Program funding for Fiscal Years 1982/83 and 1983/84 in the amount
of $797,000; and
EREAS, at the end of Fiscal Year 1983/84, $111,000 of those Block
Grant funds are unexpended and unobligated, and
WHEREAS, the cost of the Neighborhood Center Expansion project is in
excess of its 1983/84 allocation, due to additional project features and
design alterations; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga is committed to completion of
the Neighborhood Center Expansion project through the Block Grant Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Raneho Cueamonga
does hereby reprogram the unexpended, unobligated funds in the amount of
$111,000 to the Neighborhood Center Expansion project, resulting in the
reprogr~mm~ng of all unexpended unobligated Block Grant funds for Fiscal Years
1982/83 and 1983/84.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of DECEMBER, 1984.
