A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PANClIO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TEE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
TEE RANClIO CUCAMONGA NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT
AND AUTEORIZING TEE PILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR TEE
WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Rancho
Cucamonga Neighborhood Center Expansion Project (Account Numbers 52-21-41,
20-4532-8000, 13-4567-7044) have been completed to the satisfaction of the
Director of Community Services; and
WHEREAs, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOX4, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the Director of Community Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1984.
