A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMNTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 5760 (PARCEL 7) AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
W~EREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Map 5760
(Parcel 7) have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAB, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1984.
