A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCNO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR 12919 SU~MIT AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for 12919 Summit
Avenue have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of S.an Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1984.
