A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVMMENT SECURITY AND CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NOS. 12238 AND 12530
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 12238 and 12530, consisting
of 74 lots, submitted by Citation Builders, Subdivider, located on the west
side of Hellman Avenue, on the north side of Church Street has been submitted
to the City of Raneho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City
as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in
compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREA~, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivlder has offered the
Improvement Agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
~pproved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
m behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon .on
behalf of said City.
That the Construction Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto·
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1984.
