A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGRE~I~ENT FROM WILLIAM AND
DONA BARNES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ranoho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 80-38 on May 7, 1980, to establish requirements for landlocked
parcels where no subdivision is occurring; and
and
WHEREAS, 12715 Summit located west of Etiwanda Avenue is unimproved;
WHEREAS, William and Dona Barnes have executed a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1984.
