A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ROAD EASEMENT FROM
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY FOR ?TH STREET AT
ETIWANDA AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, a Parcel Map was approved and recorded with the condition to
construct 7th Street west of Etiwanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a portion of 7th Street construction lies within Southern
California Edison Company property at the intersection with Etiwanda Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company has provided the City
with a Road Easement over the land where 7th Street crosses Edison Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Road Easement be and the same is
hereby approved and that the Mayor and is hereby authorized to sign said Road
Easement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and that the City Clerk
attest thereto and the City Clerk shall then forward the original to the
County Recorder and a copy to Southern California Edison Company.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1984.
