A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
TRANSFER OF TITLE OF THE BERYL STREET BASIN, NORTH OF
19TH STREET, FROM THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT TO THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has had an engineering
consultant prepare storm drain plans between Beryl Street and Hellman Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, said plans include the reconstruction of Beryl Street Basin;
and
WHEREAS, the Beryl Street-Hellman Avenue Storm Drain Improvements are
scheduled for advertisement in May and construction in June of this year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino has
approved and executed a Grant Deed for the transfer of title of the Beryl
'Street Basin to the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby approves and accepts the Transfer of Title of the Beryl Street Basin,
north of 19th Street, from the San Bernardino County Flood Control District
and order the execution and recordation of said Grant Deed with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984.
