A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF LOCAL
AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 08-5420, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
NO. 8
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga wishes to obtain Federal Aid
for Emergency Relief Projects Funding for the clean-up, protection and repair
of certain eligible City streets damaged as a result of the Storm of February
and March 1983.
WHEREAS, said funding required the execution of Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 08-5420, Program Supplement No. 8 by an authorized agent for the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga approved the execution of Local Agency-State Agreement No.
08-5420, Program Supplement No. 8 and authorizes and directs the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute said agreement on its behalf and transmit with an
executed certified copy of this resolution to the Department of Transportion
for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984.
