A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM RAUL R.
ROBLES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Raneho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 80-38 on May 7, 1980, to establish requirements for landlocked
parcels where no subdivision is occurring; and
WHEREAS, 9421 La Mesa Drive located west of Layton is a Landlocked
Parcel within the meaning of said Resolution No. 80-38; and
WHEREAS, Raul R. Robles has executed a Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984.
