A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM ETIWANDA
INVESTMENT COMPANY (CUP 82-01)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 83-204 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Etiwanda Investment Company; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
December 29, 1983 as Document No. 83-306794; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984.
