A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NL~MBER 8280
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 8280), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 8280, submitted by Calmetro Realty
Corp. and consisting of one parcel, located on the south side of Arrow Highway
between Helms and Hellman Avenue being a division of the West 702.00 feet of
the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 10,
Township 1 South, Range 7 West San Bernardino Base Meridian in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga on January 11, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 8280 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Calmetro Realty Corp. as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 8280 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984.
