A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 7951
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7951)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 7951, submitted by Etiwanda
Investment Company and consisting of one parcel, located on the south side of
7th Street, west of Etiwanda Avenue being a division of a portion of Parcel 2
of Parcel Map No. 6658, as recorded in Book 64, Pages 51 and 52 of Parcel
Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 7951 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 7951 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1984.
