A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING SALARIES FOR THE CITY
CLERK AND THE CITY TREASURER.
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 36517 provides: "The City Clerk and
the City Treasurer shall receive, at stated times, a compensation fixed by
Ordinance or Resolution".
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: Effective immediately the City Clerk shall receive as
salary the sum of $100.00 per month. The salary shall be paid at the same time
and in the same manner as salaries are paid to other officers and employees of
the City.
SECTION 2: Effective immediately the City Treasurer shall receive as
salary the sum of $50.00 per month. The salary shall be paid the same time and
in the same manner as salaries are paid to other officers and employees of the
City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1984.
