A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 83-04
AND AN AGREEMENT FOR SAPPHIRE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
March 19, 1984, by The Alta Loma Christian Church as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the west side of Sapphire, south
of Banyan Street~ and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 83-04; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the installation of certain supplemental improvements are
necessary for public, health and safety and the developer has provided the
City with an agreement for City participation in construction of said
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Agreement for Sapphire Street Improvements and Improvement Security be and the
same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1984.
