A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~ENTS
FOR THE BERYL PARK AND LIONS PARK RNDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public 'improvements for the Beryl Park
and Lions Park Redevelopment Project (Account Numbers 20-4532-8006 and 20-
4532-8007) have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of
Community Services; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the Director of Community Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1985.
