A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SU~ILY ORDERING THE VACATION OF
A pORTION OF SEVENTH STREET
W~EREAS~ by Chapter ~, ~rticle ~, Section 8330, of the Streets and
Highway Code~ the City Council of the City of Rancho CucamonEa is authorized
to summarily vacate a portion of the City Street hereinafter more particularly
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found all the evidence submitted that a
portion of Seventh Street is unnecessary for present or prospective public
street purposes because it has been superceded by relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucam°nEe as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby makes its order vacating that portion of street on Map V-051 on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, which has been
further described in a legal description which is attached here:o, marked
Exhibit "A", and by reference made a part thereof-
SECTION 2: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded,
said portion of Seventh Street no longer constitutes a street or public
utility easement-
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.

That portion of Lot 2, Tract No. 2203, in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 34 of Maps, page 65, in the office of
the county recorder of said county, described as foll'ows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Seventh Street and
the section line of Haven Avenue, as shown on Record of Survey
recorded June 6, lg85, as per map recorded in Book'55 of Record of
Surveys, page g4, in the office of the recorder of said county;
thence NOO°22,36;W 64.47 feet along said section line; thence
SBg°37'24"W 33.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
Southwesterly 31.5g feet along a tangent curve concave to the
Northwest, having a radius of 20.00 feet, through an angle of
g0~30'04"; thence tangent to said curve NBg°52,32.W 721.73 feet
to the east line cf the west 510.00 feet of said lot 2, sai? ~oint
also being 44.00 feet, at right angles, from the centerlin.~
