A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING I MAINTENANCE AGREI~4ENT
FOR A DRAINAGE FACILITY FOR TRACT NO. 12922
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
Califomia, has for its consideration a Maintenance Agreement executed on
December 18, 1985, by Lynncharon Joint Venture as developer, for maintenance
of a temporary drainage facility located within Lot A of Tract No. 12922 and
the south 197' of Parcel I of Parcel Map 762~; and
WHEREAS, the maintenance of said Drainage Facility, described in said
Maintenance Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of Tract No. 12922.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFaOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cueamonga, Califomia, that said Maintenance Agreement is hereby
app~oved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Maintenance A~eement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cuoamonga, and the City Clerk to attest
thereto.
