A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9318,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9318), IMPROVB~4ENT AGREMMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND REAL PROPERTY IMPROVIDENT
AGREMMENT
WHEREA~, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9318, submitted by Martin Marietta
Corp., and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the northwest corner of Haven
Avenue and Seventh Street, being a division of a portion of Lot 2, Tract 2203,
M.B. 34 paEe 65, Records of said County, State of California was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on September 25, 1985;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9318 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into a Real PPoperty Improvement A~Peement, and an ImpPovement
A~Peement ~uaranteed by acceptable ImpPovement Security by Martin MaPiet~e
Corp. as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9318 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1985.
