A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBEH 9416,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9416), IMPROVN~4ENT AGREBMENTS,
AND IMPROVBMENT SECURITIES
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9416, submitted by Diversified
Properties III Ltd., and consistin~ of 10 parcels, located on the northeast
corner of Haven and Highland Avenues, being a division of a portion of Parcel
1 of Parcel Map 7264, per map record in Book 81, Pages 62 and 63 of Parcel
Maps, Records of San Be~nardino County was approved by the Planning ComnLIssion
Of the City of Rancho Cueaa~3nga on November 27, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9416 is the final map of the division of land
apprnved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS~ all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable ImpPovemen~
Security by Diversified Properties III Ltd. as developer. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Nancho Cucamonga, California, that said Imprnvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security subsLifted by said developer be and the same are hereby
apprnved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cuoamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9416 be and the same is hereby appPoved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1985.
