A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9498,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9498), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS,
AND IMPROV~ENT SECURITIES
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9~98, submitted by Rieter Rtnker
Gateway, and consisting of 5 parcels, located on the northeast corner of Haven
Avenue and Fourth Street, being a division of the south half of Lot 21, Lots
28 and 29, Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 7 west, map of Cucamonga Lands,
as per map recorded in Book 4 of Maps Page 9, Records of the County of San
Bernardino, State of California was approved by the Planning Commission of the
City of Rancho Cucsmonga on September 11, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9498 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Rieter Rinker Gateway as developer. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cueamong-a, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9498 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1985.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 18th day of December, 1985.
