A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM LEE SELTER
AND NANCY HAIGHT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN THE SAME (12982 VICTORIA AVENUE)
WHEREAS, Installation of standard street improvements established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Lee Selter and Nancy
Haight for the development of a single family dwelling located at 12982
Victoria Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1983.
