A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6726
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6726)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 6726, submitted by Quong-Watkins
Properties and consisting of 10 parcels, located at the northeast corner of
Archibald Avenue a Foothill Boulevard, being a division of a portion of the SW
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, T1S, R7W, SBM, in the City or Rancho
Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California, per map of Cucamonga
Lands, Map Book 4, Page 9 was approved by the Planning Commission of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6726 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 6726 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1983.
