A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CCJNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM STEVEN AND
VERA SENSENBACH, FOR 7928 SIERRA VISTA AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, property located at 7928 Sierra Vista has been proposed to
have a room addition and was submitted by Steven and Vera Sensenbach; and
WHEREAS, Installation of certain street improvements established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Steven and Vera
Sensenbach; and
WHEREAS, Steven and Vera Sensenbaeh has executed a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1983.
