A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 7852,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7852), AND REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 7852, submitted by
Beverly Fishback, Subdivider, and consisting of 3 parcels, located at the
northeast corner of East and Victoria Avenues, being a division of Lot 13,
Block "G" Etiwanda Colony Lands, as per map recorded in Book 2 of Maps, page
24, records of San Bernardino County was approved by the Planning Commission
as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 7852 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon and a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and

That said Parcel Map No. 7852 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1983.
