A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL lAP OF TRACT NO'S
12023, 12024 AND 12025
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No's. 12023, 12024 and 12025,
consisting of 107 lots, submitted by Marlborough Development, Subdivider,
located east of Archibald Avenue, south of Church Street and west of Ramona
Avenue has been submitted to the City of Raneho Cucamonga by said Subdivider
and approved by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State
of California, and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of
said City; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval
of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1983.
