HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-64 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 83-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SALINA STREET AND MALVERN AVENUE IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA. The City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga, California, hereby resolves as follows: SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Raneho Cucamonga, California, hereby authorizes the purchase by the City of Raneho Cueamonga, California, from the owner thereof, the Chino Basin Municipal Water District, the real property located at the northeast corner of Salina Street and Malvern Avenue, City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Parcel 209-041-44 of Parcel Map 4875, P.M. 46/41,92, Por. Cucamonga Fruit Lands, M.B.4/9. SUBJECT TO: All reservations, restrictions, rights and right- of-way of record. SECTION 2: With respect to the property referred to hereinabove, the City Council hereby authorizes the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, to pay the Mount of $65,700, in cash, upon close of escrow, to Chino Basin Municipal Water District. SECTION 3: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to prepare all conveyances and other instruments necessary to effectuate the exchange of land, and the same shall be signed by the City Clerk as to acceptance on behalf of the City. The City Clerk is authorized and instructed to accept and record in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California, a deed of trust with respect to said real property hereinabove described.
