A RESOLUTION 6F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONOA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 5795,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 5795), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 5795, submitted by Peter Granger,
Subdivider, and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the south side of Wilson
Avenue at Mayberry Avenue, being a division of a portion of Section 26,
T. 1N., R. 7 W., San Bernardino Base and Meridian was approved by the City
Engineer as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance
with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 5795 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and

WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 5795 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1983.
