A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 7689,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7689), REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 7689, submitted by Winfred F.
Stephens, and consisting of 2 parcels, located at the northwest corner of
Summit and East Avenue, being a division of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 3242 of
Parcel Map Book 29, page 20, Records of San Bernardino County, State of
California was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cueamonga on October 27, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 7689 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Real Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement submitted by said developer to sign said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map No. 7689 be
and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1983.
