A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA~ APPROVING AN AGREEMENT AND FAITHFUL
PERFORMANCE BOND SUBMITTAL BY HAVEN LAND AND DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY
WHEREAS, Haven Land & Development Company has submitted a Faithful
Performance Bond to replace a certificate of Deposit to Euarantee removal of a
retaininE wall constructed dix'eetly east of Lot 32 of Tract 9434.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho CucamonEa, California, does accept said Agreement and Bond and
authorizes the City Clel-k to release Certificate of Deposit No. 51-303325
issued by Valley Federal SavinEs to the City of Raneho Cucamonga in May 1980.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1983.
