~EREAS, the Planning Co~mission held a du/y advertised public hearing
on ~arch 23, 1988 and continued on April 13, 1988 to consider all comments on
the proposed Develo~ent District A~end~ent No. 87-06~ and
I~IEREAS, the City Council held a duly advertised public hearing to
consider all comments on the proposed Developaent District Amendment No. 8706I
SECTION 1: The City Council cannot make the following findings:
A. That this rezontn8 is consistent with the General Plan of the
City of Rancho Cuca~onga.
B. That this rezonin8 is consistent with the objectives of the
Develolxaent Code of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
NO~, ]]tEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rancho Cucamonsa City Counci/
hereby denies Develol~ent District Amendment No. 87-06.
NOT APPROVED this 18th day of May, 1988.
