A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
OJCAM)NSA, CALIFORNIA, DENYIN~ GENERAL PLAN A~NDMENT NO.
87-04H R~QUESTING AN A~NDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN FROM LOW-MEDIUM
RESIDENTIAL (4-8 DWELLI113 UNITS PER ACRE) TO OPFICE FOR A
1.69 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF ARCHIBALD
AVENUE, SOUTH OF BASE LINE ROAD, RANCHO CUCAMgNGA
WHEREAS. the Planning ~o~mission held a duly advertised public hearing
on March 23, 1988 and continued on Aprll 13, 1988 to consider all comments on
the proposed General Plan Amendment No. 87-O4H; and
WHEREAS, the City Councll held a duly advertised public hearing to
consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment No. 87-04H1
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga City Council cannot make the
folloving findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use Policies of the
General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or detrimental to
the adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rancho Cucamonga City Council
hereby denies General Plan Amendment No. 87-04H.
NOT APPROVED this 1st day of June, 1988.
