A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
~JCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~I{E PUBLIC IMPROVE~NTS
RDR DR 86-20 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 86-20 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS. a Notice of Completion is required to be fi_led, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1988.
