A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAM3NGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVIB13 PARCEL MAP NUI~ER 10237
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10237)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10237, submitted by Arrow Rancho
Cucamonga Limited and consisting of 14 parcels, located between Arrow Route and
Jersey Boulevard, and between Utica and Vincent Avenues, was approved by the
Planning Commisaion of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10237 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirementa established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10237 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1988.
