A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN~O
CU CANDIDA. CALIFORNIA, ACC~ PTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION PROM
WILLIAM AND JANET LANE, AND AUTHORIZI~ TME MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
established requirements for construction of frontage improvements in
conjunction with the Amethyst at Nineteenth Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9517 Nineteenth Street shall be
made part of the Amethyst Street at Nineteenth Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, William and Janet Lane have agreed to dedicate Right-of-Way
as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1988.
