A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
O3CAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING LAFCO TO MAKE A
DETERMINATION OF PROPERTY TAX REVENUE FOR THE CITY OF
RANCHO C~CAM~NGA PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SB 1063
WHEREAS, SB 1063 provides that Cities which incorporated during the
fiscal year 1977-78 may apply to LAFCO for a determination of appropriate
property tax revenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it in the public interest that said
application be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, hereby requests the Local Agency Formation
Commission to undertake determination of appropriate property tax revenue
pursuant to the provisions of SB 1063.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1988.
