A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10351
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10351)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10351, submitted by Nordic Woods
II, Limited, A California Limited Partnership, and consisting of 2 parcels,
located on the south side of Iron Mountain Court, west of Hermosa Avenue, being
a division of Lot 4 of Tract 12902 as per plat recorded in Book 207, pages 35
and 36 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, State of California, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10351 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10351 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1988.
