A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O

ASSESSI~NT INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A NEGATIVE
DEfLARATION K)R THE PROPOSED I9TH STREET - A/~THYST STREET
RECONSTRUCTION AND STORM DRAIN PROJECT
WHEREAS, the 19th Street-Amethyst Street Storm Drain and
Reconstruction as a Public Agency Project shall be subject to comply with the
California Environmental Quality Act , necessary to, .protect, rehabilitate and
enhance the environmental quality of the State; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration all available inputs and has reviewed same concerning the
proposed lgth Street-Amethyst Street Project,
NOW, THERERDRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approve the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the proposed 19th Street-Amethyst Street Storm Drain and
Reconstruction Project.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of
Determination pursuant to the California environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1988.
