A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCEO
CUCAM)NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~HE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR DR 85-01 AND AU~/tORIZING ~{E FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public ~mprovements for DR 85-01 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be f~led, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1988.
