A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF RANCHO
C~CAHDbl3A. CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING ~HE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR ~ 86-22 AND AUTHORIZING ~{E FILING OF A NOTIC~ OF
COMPLETION FOR ]HE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 86-22 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be fi_led, certifying
the work complete.
NO~. ]HEREPORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to siSn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED. APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1988.
